TERMS OF SERVICE
General Terms‣ I reserve the right to refuse a commission.‣ I reserve the right to cancel a commission.‣ My art cannot be used for commercial purposes.‣ NO NSFW ALLOWED‣ My art cannot be used to create a NFT‣ My art cannot be used in or for AI under any circumstancesPayment‣ PAYPAL ONLY ACCEPTED. No exceptions.‣ FOR ARTWORK OVER $50 A rough sketch will be done, if approved a 50% non refundable deposit must be paid before artwork is started. The rest must be paid before un-watermarked version is sent over.‣ FOR ARTWORK UNDER $50 All artwork must be paid in full before started.‣ Once artwork is completed a Refund cannot be given.‣ If you are unhappy with the artwork in the sketch process a 45% refund can be given and finished artwork will never be received/sent over.Art Process‣ 3 free changes allowed after Artwork is complete. After it will be $5 a change.‣ Disclose all deadlines with me before work is started.I am willing to draw-Any animals

General Terms‣ By purchasing a fursuit from me you are agreeing to my Terms of service and are accepting that you have read the listing in its entirety.‣ I reserve the right to cancel any commission or order at any time.‣ I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.‣ You must be 18+ to purchase a fursuit.Payment / Refunds‣ All payment will be made through PayPal. Extra 5% PayPal fees will apply.‣ I will not be accepting payment plans on premades at this time.‣ I will not give refunds on premade suits at this time. All sales are final.Fursuit WarrantyUp to 2 months after shipping any repairs my fault may be fixed for cost of shipping. Any major damage within the first month is eligible for a free fix with shipping covered. This is case by case basis and only applies to fixes based on my work, not normal wear and tear.Any repairs or changes after 2 months can be repaired for an extra fee and shipping cost. Normal wear and tear will not apply.It is recommended you learn how to sew when purchasing a fursuit. Any modification to fursuit will void the warranty.Repairs that apply to 2 month warranty:

‣ Any issues effecting comfort that do not apply to head sizeAllergy warningI work in an environment with dogs. I try my best to keep dogs and other animals away from my fursuits but dog hair and dander is always going to be in the area. Please be aware this is unavoidable and if you have allergies to dog hair or dander, I am not responsible for any issues after the item is received.Please let me know if you have any allergies to materials that may have been used!Handmade Item DisclaimerFursuits are a handmade item, meaning no two are the same and human error can occur. Even perfect fursuits can have small blemishes and are asymmetrical.Any large blemishes or errors will be disclosed before sale. I will not disclose any small shaving errors or glue spots. These come with the project. I strive to make my fursuits as clean as possible, but the handmade element will always be there.Sizing‣ All premades will have a specific size listed with them. It is the buyers responsibility to measure their head size to make sure the fursuit will fit. I am not responsible if the premade fursuit does not fit.‣ Size can be fixed for an extra fee plus shipping.Shipping‣ For domestic shipping I will ship through USPS and the suit will be shipped with a tracking number. I ship from CA, US.‣ Prices will vary based on time and year. A good estimate is around $50-$250. Shipping is not included in fursuit price and is payed by buyer.‣ International will likely be sent through USPS and prices will vary around $100+. All shipping fees and extra costs is to be paid by buyer.‣ I am not responsible for anything that happens to item once shipped. I cannot guarantee the safety of package once in hands of the mail carrier. Package may be damaged or lost. If this happens we can discuss other options.‣ Fursuit will ship out within two weeks after saleFursuit WarningFursuiting is inherently a warm activity with low visibility. Because of the materials your fursuit will get hot. This is part of the experience and hobby. Not all fursuits have the same amount of vision and ventilation, blind spots on fursuits will vary and are guaranteed.‣ I am not at fault for any blind spots, impaired vision or other risks that come with wearing a fursuit.‣ Please stay safe while fursuiting and hydrate! Do not submerge yourself, drive, or suit in high heat.Fursuit Care and Maintenance‣ Hand wash fursuit parts in cold water only.‣ Light detergent.‣ Air dry only.‣ DO NOT wash in hot water or machine!‣ DO NOT use dryer-----Please feel free to inquire if you have any other questions or concerns!
